Pranassage® is beneficial for anyone who would like to passively experience the effects of yoga while in a state of relaxation. Pranassage® is bodywork inspired by yoga, where your role is to close your eyes, breathe and relax, and simply be a witness to the effects of yoga, as you are gently moved and stretched into various positions with added massage and traction, so that your body can reset itself physically and energetically. 

Pranassage® helps you to connect to your Prana (vital energy), enhances body-mind awareness, helps release trauma or stagnation in the body, improves your flexibility and range of motion, and realigns your body leaving you feeling relaxed, blissful and rejuvenated.

For a most comfortable experience, do not to eat right before a Pranassage® session, and please wear loose or stretchy clothing (eg. long yoga pants and T-shirt) in which you can easily be moved around. No yoga experience necessary.
