Group Yoga Classes
Group yoga classes are a great setting in which to be moved and motivated by the energy of others to flow deeper into your own yoga experience. Being part of a yoga community can inspire and enhance your practice.
Miki currently offers 4 weekly classes in San Francisco:

Friday: Vinyasa Flow (All Levels) - 12:30~1:30pm Saturday: Vinyasa Flow (All Levels) - 3:00~4:15pm
Tuesday: Soul Flow - 9:00~10:00am Thursday: Soul Flow - 9:00~10:00am
Private Yoga Sessions
Private yoga sessions are a great option for those of you who wish to expand your knowledge of yoga, or enjoy individual instruction and assists in poses, or if you simply prefer a one-on-one environment in which to ask specific questions and deepen your practice. You will be guided through a yoga class created to support and illuminate your goals and intentions.
If you are interested in experiencing Pranassage®, your session can include a combination of both yoga and Pranassage®. If you have a partner or friend you’d like to share the experience with, semi-private sessions are also offered.
Miki offers 60 min, 75 min, and 90 minute sessions. Rates vary with location so please inquire.
